On Saturday 28th April 2007, John Terry invited the Young Blades to go and see him play for Chelsea against Bolton in an important Premiership match.

New Young Blade, Claire Warne, described the day:
"It was a fantastic day, and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We had a really good view of the match because we were right in the middle. I've never been to a football match before - not even a local one and the noise and atmosphere was amazing.
Everywhere you looked there was just a sea of blue. It was great to go to the players bar afterwards and meet John, have a chat with him and a photo taken. I'm the envy of lots of my friends (especially the boys!) because they may have been to a Premiership football match but none of them have been in the players' bar afterwards and met John and seen loads of the other players. Thanks very much to King of Shaves for taking us and thanks to John for giving us the tickets and meeting us afterwards."
