The Bulldog Rally was run out of Oswestry in North Wales last weekend and although it did not rain on the day itself the stages were very wet, muddy and slippery. I went into the last round lying second in the championship ( first had already been won ) with Alistair Adams in third, only one point behind me. MG Car Club Championship (MGCC) contender, Sean Peters, is being sponsored for the 2005 season by King of Shaves. Sean also competed in the 2004 season with support from King of Shaves. Sean will be contesting this year’s MGCC X Power Trophy in the 1800CC MGZR. Deciding to switch from the MG Sport and Racing run MGTF in favour of the John C Hewitt prepared MGZR, believing this will allow greater flexibility in testing and allow us to go further with preparation than MG would.
